Fluid Balance International, Inc. is an Independent TABB certified (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau) firm. Jerry Steinbrecher, owner, has been a TABB certified supervisor since 1998. Fluid Balance International currently employs a variety of TABB technicians.
